Wonderland

Mereill Ellis Inter Media Theatre

The show featured a diverse gamut of intermedia and new media works, involving dance, new theater, musical performances, and an abundance of works featuring video. The sensory overload experienced on the floor space in the middle of three giant screens most likely defies description.

In this performance we gathered video and audio source material reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland and created an interactive environment where the user changed the parameters of the performance by using an iphone/ipod touch app called TouchOSC.

Collaborators
Jerret Folwer: TouchOSC was used for user interaction.
Scott Martin: Isadora was used for visual mixing.
Grant Phillips: PD (PureData) was used for aural processing.
